Meet your facilitators, Kylie & Lisa:
Kylie Rook and Lisa Eliott bring a wealth of experience to their retreats, with Kylie leading successful retreats for over 6 years in New Zealand and internationally, and Lisa facilitating retreats for nearly 3 years. Together, they craft a beautiful and nourishing retreat experience, offering a deeply embodied approach that weaves together the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. Their combined expertise creates a supportive space for participants to explore, grow, and reconnect, both on and off the mat.
