I have been practising yoga for about 30 years and last year I decided to have private yoga sessions with Kylie. It was the best decision I have made as I have learnt a lot about myself (my body and mind).
Kylie is a great listener – she takes the time to talk about how you are feeling mentally and physically and tailors your sessions accordingly. Her instructions and demonstrations are clear and easy to follow. She is supportive and genuinely focussed on helping you with your goals. I always look forward to my sessions with her as she brings me real benefits.Kylie has taught me to be kind to myself and for that I am truly grateful.
